Came upon the sad realization that my son suffers from a disease/dietary disorder... Celiac's Disease (aka gluten/wheat intolerance). I am looking forward to learning more about this in the near future as well. This may vary well change my goals for my future... as I am seriously thinking of educating myself in nutrition. We'll see where things bring me. For now, we're just happy we know what "it" is and that our changes in what he eats is helping him.
