Startup Alliance exists to enrich the Korean startup ecosystem and help Korean startups go global. It is a joint effort between the private sector and the South Korean governments Ministry of Science, ICT, and Future Planning. Leading Korean IT companies such as Naver, Daum, Kakao, and SK Planet helped to form Startup Alliance, as well as various investment companies, startup incubators, and startup accelerators.
