I have lived in Staten Island for over 30 years. Served as Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's Community Affairs Director from 2002-2006. Appointed by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg to Staten Island Growth Management Task force in 2005. My recent work for WBCLDC, as a project manger set in motion the creation of Staten Island second Business Improvement District along Victory Blvd. Created Staten Island's first Independent nationally syndicated blog, Staten Island Real Estate News, Advice and Information which is featured and nationally syndicated on Realtor.com and currently has had over 1 million readers.
