Networking: Extensive (and growing) network of collaborators within ASARECA encompassing Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and outside e.g. RSA, UK, USA, France and Canada Policy Development: Participant in the development of the Protocol for Natural Resources for East Africa (EAC), currently liaising with others in the setting up of (i) prioritization and development of taro and wetlands research within the AR&D system (ii) Setting up wildlife related researche at KARI in collaboration with the Kenya Wildlife Service
