I have 2 sons. Justin and Dylan. And a dog, Buddy. I have run 9 marathons. I visited my sister in Anchorage, Alaska in 2006. I spent a week mountain biking with my son Justin in the Chequamegon National forest and another week canoeing in Voyageurs National Park. I did a 1207 mile unsupported bike trip from Minneapolis to Chicago and then to Luddington, MI and back in 15 days last July.
