Steven's 30 years with the Singapore Airlines Group (1973-2003) covered engineering, marketing and global management. His 20 years of global management experience included 14 years of hands-on senior executive roles as General Manager Japan, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand.
