o Prepares the quarterly, half yearly, Annual Financial Statement for relevant subsidiary companies.
o Prepare Notes to the financial statements.
o Preparation of Board reports to the management
o Assists with the resolution of external and internal audit findings
o Assists the statutory reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks at Group level
