I believe in getting things done, either using my own skills, or that of my peers, colleagues and Business Partners, for my Customers. 

And hence I always strive to maintain healthy relationships with people. 

I firmly believe that "Teamwork" is mainly about situational leadership, letting the person with the relevant core competency for a situation, take leadership.

I am a Hands-On, Techno-Commercial person, and don't mind rolling up my sleeves to get the job done whenever and wherever required to make sure that the customer is satisfied and what was promised is delivered.
