I am a commercial lawyer with over 15 years experience. I focus on IT, e-commerce, intellectual property and payment services. I specialize in all aspects of IT law, including procurement and maintenance of IT, software development, outsourcing, data protection, privacy and data security. I a take a particular interest in Agile and Lean. In terms of intellectual property, I have advised on the establishment, protection and commercial exploitation of trade marks, copyright and database rights. I have extensive experience of payment services, including merchant terms, member service agreements, processing agreements and sponsorship agreements.
