The Lifecycle Program Manager is accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of a broad lifecycle management framework that supports facilities program planning, enables lifecycle cost analysis, synchronizes the service lives of various facilities and systems to the overall estimated life span of the facility, and makes recommendations that impact on program priority decision-making for a range of facilities used by the Parliamentary Partners, all in the context of the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) and the unique needs of modern and heritage facilities.
