Serves as the critical link between the on-boarding and employment services teams ensuring that Upwardly Global job seekers are well-prepared and positioned to secure jobs in their professional field. Susanna oversees and delivers Upwardly Global-SF's training program (both in-person and online) and other development activities, such as resume workshops, special events with a training component, and strategic partnerships with external training providers.
