I personally believe that the growth of any organization can be directly be related to its efficient usage of Human Capital. In an attempt to be an integral part of growth of any organization I am pursuing my MBA degree in Human Resource management. With an agglomeration of both technical knowledge gained from NIT Rourkela and my current venture in MBA HRM, I believe that I would not only move towards personal development but also towards achieving organizational goal.
