Ingénieur Sécurité Sanitaire - HSE Manager Behavioral safety scheme is important because poor decisions are behind every single accident. With a strong zero accident objective by each shop floor management, I promoted the safety values to every team member considering each own culture and improved leadership and exemplarity in high HSE performance. With improved constructed tools, progressive deployment and robust conviction and perseverance, I reached to a cultural value of safety at work but also into private life.
