Thuy Nguyen T. M. has been a lecturer at Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam since 1994. She was conferred Bachelor of Engineering and Master Degree from the Construction Engineering Faculty at The Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam in 1994 and 1999 respectively. After Master Degree, she published her own book with the name ‘Design of reinforced concrete structures – Vol.1: Basic members’, at the National University Publisher of Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam in 2002.
