As a professional athlete in Judo with a goal of a medal in the London Olympic Games in 2012 I know training. Very few are more qualified to say what is a great trainer. A great trainer has knowledge, passion about his work, the ability to make the athlete give it all every time and sees the whole person, not just the athlete. John has all of these qualities.
