After Completing my graduation in Commerce, I recently co-founded Roots Initiatives Ladakh with my elder brother. Roots is a community-driven, socially oriented, for-profit organization in Kargil, Ladakh. We strongly believe that businesses have a huge potential to bring measurable change in the society. We aspire to be a Social Enterprise hub in Ladakh that would focus on creating community livelihood.
