 Developing project execution plan using Primavera P6 .  Conducting Weekly Meeting with all department / Contractor (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical), Pending Issues which are affecting to Project schedule and Maintain Pending Input-Output Control Sheet with Due Dates Religiously Controlling.  Coordinating between Head Office and Site Engineers to create awareness of the activities happening on both the ends.  Coordinating for various packages in BTG such as Turbine, Boiler, ESP and Other Auxiliaries.  Listing down critical material and drawings delivery dates, from schedule and passing information to concerned departments for effective control.  Liaising with Co...
