Born in the Netherlands in the good year of 1957. It was a glorious year in rock and roll, no doubt. It was the year that John Lennon met Paul McCartney. Well, we Beatles lovers all know what happened after that. Another historical event happened right on the day I was born, on November 20: Ajax Amsterdam made its debut in the European Cup with a win over East Germany's Wismut. The same Ajax that brought so many world class players like Johan Cruijff, Johan Neeskens, Marco van Basten and Wesley Sneijder.
