Working as a contractor through TechLink Systems, I am accountable for: • Assisting the Governance Team within the Information Systems Division (ISD) Group • Team member on Server Build project and ITSM project: Participating in Team meetings, creating work instructions for the different server build environments, working with IBM to create/update shared procedures, SMMs, etc., create and maintain Process Flows using Visio and BPMN Templates, format and update documentation, and maintain(ed) project risk/issues log. (Technical writing / editing)
