Kal is the CEO and co-founder of Tandemic, an innovation lab based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Tandemic focuses on applying new approaches to addressing social challenges ranging from preventing diabetes to improving the quality of vocational education and works in partnership with the social organisations, the private sector, and governments.
