My particular interest in telecommunications and transport drives me pursuing my academic degrees in MBA Telecommunications Management from National Cheng Kung University and MSc Transport Planning from University of Leeds. I was mainly focused on customer perception on consumer electronic devices before and after use in my MBA degree; the research forms my master thesis, titled as "A Study on Product Newness of Mobile Phone, Perceived Capability, Perceived Usability and Utility"​.
