Tawa Khampachua is currently a lecturer at the Department of Computer Education and a senior researcher of the Research Center of Information and Communication Technology at King Mongkut鈥檚 University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand. He received his M.Eng. degrees in Computer Engineering from Kasetsart University in 2000. His research interest includes ICT Benefits Realization, ICT Investment Justification, Innovation Diffusion in Public Sectors and Blended Learning in Software Engineering.
