I am a Ph.D. canadidate in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta. Before that, I was a graduate student in School of Telecommunications Engineering, Xidian University.
Research:
My current research focuses on optimization algorithm and its application in data mining and cloud computing. I am advised by Dr. Di Niu and Dr. Zongpeng Li (Associate Prof. in University of Calgary). I am also working on network coding theory. My previous research includes network coding, information theory, machine learning and image processing.
