I have been teaching in inner city schools across Bradford and Manchester for the last 20 years. I choose to invest my career working with the most disadvantaged in society where I feel my impact is greatest and the subsequent rewards immeasurable. I started my career at Thornhill High School in Dewsbury and very quickly took on leadership roles in my drive to find solutions for aspects of the school that needed improvement.
