My Name is Tamer El-Mashtoly, I have got my Ph.D. through the Joint Supervision Program between Egypt and USA; I am assistant professor in Department of Plant Protection (Pesticides Chemistry and Toxicology), Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University. My major of research is molecular entomology in utilizing of some bacterial protein (toxin) in pest Management. I have acquired a solid and diversified foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge in my career that helped me a lot to develop current bio-pesticide formulations to be more effective in controlling Insect pests. It is of my concept that science is a conjugated net; each filament must lead to the other through some overlap
