I am passionate about education and supporting school leaders and educators from the administration framework and hierarchy to mentoring educators. My passion for education stems from my journey as a Latina and immigrant. During my journey, I have learned and experienced how language and cultural barriers to educational achievement were a significant part of my educational negative academic experience.
