- To understand business unit requirements and to be partner with senior business managers and
leaders to deliver people solutions that will achieve sales target as a business plan
- Manage and Lead on the implementation and delivery all or HR tools from corporate HR team
Diagnosing organisational issues at a root cause level, driving the change agenda and
creating/implementing plans for making change happen.
- To develop a positive employee relations environment, from effective internal communications and
engagement
- Support the planning of a program of learning activities required to meet individual development
needs.
