Thandeka, is a qualified Sociologist. She holds two honours degrees in Development Economics and Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She has recently joined Polka Dot Management Systems as a Junior Research Consultant, where she conducts research on a project basis. She started off her career as a research intern from the National Research Foundation, where she conducted research on the local and international learning models with a particular focus on Early Childhood Development.
