Jesse Harmon first fell in love with analog recording after an uncle, who passed away, gave Jesse an old reel to reel tape recorder, along with a lot of tapes, including some blank tapes. Jesse’s first experience with live sound was when he took over the position of sound engineer at Saint Matthew Lutheran Church, in Logan, Ohio after the previous engineer passed away. This inspired him to study sound engineering and recording at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Some of the people he’s studied under were Dr. Mark Lochstampfor, Justin Riley, Chad Loughrige, Tony Bonardi, Craig Courtney, (composer) and Matt Price.
