As a fire officer with 10years experience in Operational and Divisional Control and command, I joined the Mines as an Emergency Response Coordinator in 2001. Promoted to HSE Supt. and Project Manager for Business Improvement Process in Anglo Gold Ashanti, Geita Gold Mine -2007.In 2012,joined , Tongon Gold Mine(Randgold Resources Ltd) Cote d’Ivoire as the SHE Supt till 2013 when I was made the SHE Manager (Ag) Tongon Gold Mine,(RRL) in which capacity I have been since.
Trained and managed different teams in Fire safety ,First Aid and Safety Audits. Led the safety team to achieve NOSA 5 star accreditation in Iduapreim Mines, Tarkwa. Moved to Geita Gold Mine, first as HSE Supt , then B.
