I am an Information Security Consultant associated with Infosys limited and working for a leading American Bank for Application Recovery Risk assessment program. I am responsible for understanding customer expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through solving their problems in time, responding to the Risk and Audit partner queries, preparation of Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) audit evidences, facilitation of meetings between the managers to understand and close the recovery risk and gaps identified between applications.
