About
Senior leadership of middleware support for the Americas geography supporting 287 enterprise customers. Responsibilities include support of any and all middleware products including SAP, Websphere, HTTP Server, DB2, Oracle and many others. Aspects of the support range from translating business requirements into designs and architecture to patching releases and security updates. Currently managing 1100 workers from 4 countries in support of this workload as we leverage the advantages of global resources.
