I have been an assistant professor at the Ecole des Mines de Nantes (EMN) since 1998. My main PhD contribution was OpenCorba, a reflective broker implemented on the top of a Smalltalk MOP. Within the Ascola group (EMN/INRIA), I investigate context-awareness for middleware computing, self-adaptive component-based applications, energy consumption management in cloud computing. I have been full INRIA researcher on leave from EMN since 1 Sep. 2008 until 31 Aug. 2010.
