Quality auditing and maintaining hygiene standards. Maintaining conformance to ISO9000, BRC and FS22000.
Laboratory management and training.
Investigations into consumer complaints, dealing with suppliers and raw material non-conformance.
Process troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
