My specialty as a consultant is communicating technology knowledge effectively and getting computers to serve people better. I deal mostly in interfaces, processes, and documentation. In a typical engagement I will determine the tasks needed for business processes, analyze the mental operations needed to perform those tasks, and then determine the best way for computer technology to help them. I've been doing this, using primarily Microsoft's SharePoint and Office technologies, since 2001.
