Todor Ganchev, PhD, is Head of the Applied Signal Processing Laboratory at the Department of Electronics, Technical University of Varna, Bulgaria.
He received the Diploma Engineer degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University Varna, Bulgaria, in 1993 and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Patras, Greece, in 2005.
Since October 2012 he is a Faculty member of the Department of Electronics at the Technical University Varna, Bulgaria.
