I´m currently working as an consulting manager for Basware. Basware is the leading SW company in products for financial SW. My current role is to lead the centralized implementation teams mainly located in India, Romania and Germany. Our most challenging task is to week by week implement 50+ customer deliveries.
Before joining Basware I spent 10+ years with Nokia working in different roles on the Network side.
In my current role I really enjoy to see how I can impact on young people starting their carrier and how I can help them grow into professionals. The international team gives me the opportunity to understand cultures role in daily business.
