Over twenty five years in the information design and delivery business, with the last decade primarily in the ICT sector with global brands such as Transport for London, NetApp, Cisco, Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson and Nortel. I have also worked within wholesale and investment banking, public sector and the railway engineering industry.
My roles are primarily 'user-centered', that is, understanding what information a particular individual or organisation requires, and then designing the information and delivery methods to meet those requirements.
