Hi, there. I'm Tommy, IT graduate who is curious about how humans interact with their surroundings. I do user research, rapid prototyping and user testing which have led me to become a mix of user researcher and interaction designer. I'm interested in exploring design for physical/digital products, services and public spaces.
What I do: in-depth interviews, heuristic evaluation, user journey mapping, low-fidelity prototyping (such as sketches), design workshops and user testing.
