Tord has a long track record in tax, working with closly held SME's and Mid Cap companies as well as large listed international companies.
He has particular experience in dealing with international investment projects advising on capital contributions/financing, withholding taxes, tax treaties and permanent establishment. Moreover Tord have great experience in international tax planning and good knowledge in tax compliance/tax accounting, expatriates, transfer pricing and value added tax.
