I grew up surrounded by artists and creative people. My father was an Art director at BAB Bates, a large international advertising agency. I did spend a lot of time there and learned to appreciate the creative energy and wonderful mood generated by the amazing people working there. Back then we didn't have any computers, everything was made by hand. I got my first computer a few years later, an Atari ST. A fantastic new world of digital games, music and graphics emerged, still nobody used them in the graphic design and advertising industry. I feel privileged to have lived the transition from the analog to the digital world, to know what it is like without it.
