To succeed, brands need to explore, create, and deliver value that solves a problem and in doing so, exceed expectations. It is about knowing what motivates people, evoking emotion and creating positive brand experiences that drive advocacy.
The competition is for relevance and nothing is more relevant than the stories people tell that introduces other people to a brand. Then brands over deliver, make people fall in love and keep them satisfied so they’ll never leave, their eyes won’t stray.
