Long-time "jack of all trades" in I.T./development with experience in networking technologies, network security, web development (IIS & Apache, ASP w/VBScript & Javascript, PHP, HTML), Linux, Windows (NT4 MCSE), SQL Server (MCDBA), various email servers (Exchange, Exim, Sendmail). My focus since 2002 has been on SQL Server exclusively.
I have a good general knowledge of I.T. and development, specializing in SQL Server optimization and performance tuning.
I also enjoy writing, I'm an active SQL Server blogger, SQL Saturday presenter, amateur photographer, and model railroader with several published magazine articles.
