Worked as a vessel superintendent and oversaw all aspects of operations while working the vessel. Dictated labor in loading/unloading of cargo. Worked with the port to verify planning and cargo locations. As Manager I did schematic and lifting diagrams of heavy/OOG cargo for the vessels. Also, managed all gear men that worked the vessels. In charge of tracking, disposal, and maintenence of all equipment which varied from rigging and lifting gear to heavy equipment i.e. forklifts and toploaders.
