I'm an external consultant with nearly 15 years’ experience working with some of Australia’s leading professional service firms.

A former (perhaps reformed?) solicitor, I help professional service firms improve their performance by researching the needs of clients, targets, staff and potential recruits, and using these insights to inform strategic decisions and drive change.

My practice includes:
- Delivering brand and client performance benchmarking results to accounting, engineering and law firms
- Developing strategies to help firms attract and retain clients, and improve their pricing;
- Designing and implementing client feedback systems, integrating face-to-face interviews
