-Responsible for Recruiting in IT verticals,sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to fulfill current and forecasting requirements. -Analyzing the requirement with the responsibilities and skill set. -Fulfilling the tactical objectives of business through hiring and retaining best-fit employees on the floor. -Responsible for hiring technical consultants for Infrastructure Service Division. -Scanning profiles through job sites, data bank, references, headhunting, social networking site, and internal tools.
