Graduate of Institute of Medicine (1) Yangon, Myanmar and practiced family medicine in the country till 2002 then moved professional career into public health; worked with Myanmar Red Cross Society and some agencies in Myanmar in the area of disease prevention, health promotion and organisation development, during that time he completed master degree in development studies at Institute of Economic (Yangon) in 2006; further study at UNSW in 2008 and earned dual masters in public health and health management in 2009, joined Football United as a staff in late 2009, responsible for grant management, financial & logistics management, and program monitoring and evaluation.
