Functional Cost Engineering, Responsible for developing & implementing Labour Norms on brown/green field On/off plot projects, Change Management, Management of the Cost/Man-hour Estimating tool and Data collection to build databases all as part of Norms Development & Implementation Project. Represent the NDIP project team in SAP & BW to ensure the new PDO Labour Norms payment and control in SAP system is operational, including contractor file interface, man-hour control report production, contractor invoicing, finance controls, resource coding.
