Logistics Operations & Financial deliverables: Responsible for handling approximately 42 million liters of lubricating oil and an annual budgeted spend of Rs 15 Crore); Negotiation, review, and appointment/renewal of warehousing and transportation contracts in line with the annual cost targets; 

Inventory Management, Warehousing & Distribution: Developing network optimization models to be used for locating facilities/warehouses, allocating capacities to the facilities / warehouses. Monitor stock levels of goods & aging stocks in the region. Oversees the supply chain inventory levels and deployment. Management, Functional supervision & Audit of 22 warehouses in North & East.
