As an IT and Network Support Engineer:
Keep the Server and Systems in working condition; remote monitoring of the server; transferring data from a remote system to server and server to a remote system; update the Operating System on the server as well as on the clients; configure new systems according to the company policies; applying the IT Policies as specified by the company; to maintain and keep the network up to date; install the printers with their specific drivers; troubleshooting problems on the network, server and client end; updating all the
softwares e.g, Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Symantec antivirus, etc.
